a little about me

Hello, I'm Ashton. I'm 11 years old and live currently in Japan. I love creating art, developing my own art style. I've been drawing since I was two, but it wasn't until March 2023 that I started taking art more seriously. Now, I'm having my first art exhibition, and I'm very excited about it. Most of my art is digital, but lately, I've been trying to create more traditional art on paper or boards. One of my recent pieces was for a school contest, and it was a lot of fun.

My favorite subject to draw is monsters. I create my monsters inspired by pop culture or just from my imagination. It's also fun to draw places and add my little monsters into the scene; it feels like they're interacting with the world and not just in my imagination. I love letting my imagination run free and just drawing.
